The company has plants in Butler, Indiana; Roland, Oklahoma; Matamoros, Mexico; Fredericksburg, VA; Wilmington, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Llantrisant, South Wales and Sheffield, United Kingdom.

The Indiana facility is responsible for most of the manufacturing behind Therma-Tru's innovative Classic-Craft, Fiber-Classic and Smooth-Star fiberglass doors. The Matamoros plant supplies hand-crafted doorlite glass patterns to both the Indiana and Oklahoma plants.

Fredericksburg, Wilmington and Phoenix operations manufacture the Benchmark and BenchmarkHMF residential and commercial entry doors.

Therma-Tru's Advanced Technology Center is designed for developing leading-edge products for residential and commercial entries, improving manufacturing processes and conducting material science for the building industry. The facility handles development from concept to advanced engineering pilot production. This includes integrated product team rooms; benchmarking centers; materials physical testing and prototyping laboratories; as well as a pilot production hall.
