Bay Area Window Pros is a family-owned, privately held contractor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We do one thing and we do all of it ourselves: we sell replacement windows and doors, and we install them with our own certified crews. Nothing is subcontracted out, which is why we can quote a real number up front and stand behind it after the job is done.

1. **Free in-home consultation.** A sales engineer measures every opening, brings physical samples, and discusses materials, styles and budget.
2. **Written quote within 2 business days**, itemised, with no obligation.
3. **Permits and HOA submissions** prepared and filed by us where required.
4. **Manufacturing** of your custom-sized units by the brand you chose.
5. **Installation by our own certified crews.** Floors covered, site cleaned before we leave. Most homes are finished in one to two days.
6. **Final inspection** for fit, finish and operation on every unit.

## What we do not do

- Glass-only repair, re-glazing, handle or hardware repair on units we did not install.
- Projects smaller than 4 units.
- Subcontracted installation — every crew is ours.
